2. What we collect and why
Booking data — your name, phone number, email address and the service, team member and time you choose, used to manage your appointment and send booking confirmations and reminders (lawful basis: contract). Patch test and allergy information — if you tell us about an allergy, a reaction, or a patch test result in connection with a colour service, we record it only to carry out your service safely. Health-related information is special category data, processed on the basis of your explicit consent given when you provide it, and never used for anything else. Payment — booking deposits are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems and never collected or stored by this website. The remaining balance is paid in the shop. Enquiries — kept as long as needed to resolve them.
3. Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary cookies only (booking session, security, cookie-consent choice). No advertising or analytics tracking. Details: Cookie Policy.
4. Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with our website hosting provider, our booking system running on this site, and Stripe (our payment processor, for booking deposits and refunds), and with public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data or share it with marketers. Booking records are kept for up to two years to manage repeat appointments and our patch test records; allergy and patch test notes are kept while you remain a colour client so we can keep you safe at future appointments; enquiries up to one year.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing rests on consent — email bookings@luxurycut.co.uk and we respond within one month. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Last updated July 2026.
