Terms & Booking Conditions

1. Who we are

Luxury Cut is operated by LUXURY CUT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16463648), directed by Dana Salah Latif. Registered office and barbershop: 8 High Street, Ripley, DE5 3HH. Contact: bookings@luxurycut.co.uk, +44 7389 015958. These terms, together with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, apply to appointments booked through this website and to services in the shop.

2. Booking an appointment

Appointments are booked online through this website by choosing a service, a team member and a time, or in person or by phone. Prices and approximate durations for every service are shown on the booking page. Some services require a booking deposit, shown clearly before you confirm: the deposit is taken securely online when you book and is deducted from your bill, with the balance paid in the shop after your appointment. Services without a deposit are simply paid in full in the shop. How deposits are treated if you cancel, move or miss an appointment is set out in our Cancellation & No-Show Policy. By booking a deposit service you agree that your appointment takes place on the date you choose. Please arrive on time — if you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your appointment so the next customer is not delayed.

3. Colour services and pricing

Some colour services (full colour, bleach and tone, highlights and balayage) are shown as “from” prices, because the final price depends on hair length, thickness and condition. The exact price will be confirmed with you at consultation before any work starts — you will never be charged more than the price agreed with you in advance.

4. Allergy alert (patch) testing for colour

Hair colour products can cause allergic reactions. If you are new to colour with us, or have not had colour with us in the recent past, we require an allergy alert (patch) test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment — pop into the shop or book a free consultation and we will do it in a couple of minutes. We may refuse a colour service where a required patch test has not been done: it is for your safety.

5. Children

Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, who should remain in the shop for the duration of the appointment.

6. Your rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If you are not happy with your cut or colour, tell us before you leave or contact us within 7 days — we will always look at putting it right first, with a free adjustment where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Complaints: bookings@luxurycut.co.uk — we reply within two working days. Last updated July 2026.
